To avoid errors, please include in your order -- Order number-- Description -- Price
Order by E-mail or phone - Please include the number of the item and a description. We feel the most secure way to use your credit card is over the telephone. Either call us or leave us a phone number, your time zone and the best time to call you.
US Mail -- Send your information, including a daytime phone number, to Sealines Nautical, P.O. Box 446, Seal Rock, OR 97376. Include your credit card information or a check for the amount of the order plus shipping.
Phone Us -- Our hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Pacific Time) every day. Call us and we will happily take your order or answer any questions you might have about our products.
If any ordered item is unavailable, we will E-mail or call you as soon as possible.
Don't hesitate to repeat an E-mail. Some get lost, some may not have the return address correct.
Privacy Policy -- We will not sell your name or any other information to any organization or individual. We use your information only for the purpose of completing your order. We will not send unsolicited E-mail.
We hope that you are satisfied and delighted with everything you purchase from us. However if this is not the case, we will gladly authorize returns for refund or exchange within 7 days after you receive it. Returns must be made in the original packaging and in original condition.

Heavier items may incur additional shipping charges. We would notify you immediately.
Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours). The shipper has only a limited time to make a claim with the delivery company.
